Our initial thoughts on the old River’s Edge space was to just level it. The building was in serious disrepair. Once we began talking to the local residents and neighbors we quickly realized that this was an important part of the River Parks history and to tear it down would be a disservice to the park and the city of Tulsa.
Our group decided to invest the additional capital to significantly refurbish and remodel the property and we think Tulsan’s will be very happy with the finished product. We’ve designated a kitchen area and added a beautiful service area containing flat screen televisions as well as our own house music system.
We’ll continue the River’s Edge commitment to local live entertainment and ice cold beer. Elwood’s menu will be a combination of fresh deli sandwich’s, soups and salads.
We will be park user friendly with cold bottled water, energy drinks, hot coffee, energy bars and fresh fruit for those on the go.
